Location: CoreLife Eatery/Chuck Hafner’s Farmer’s Market & Garden Center, 7265 Buckley Rd in Syracuse

Yoga sessions are held at Chuck Hafner’s Greenhouse, enveloped in the warmth of the greenhouse, surrounded by poinsettia and Christmas trees. Classes are open to beginners through advanced students with different class types being offered throughout the day. Replenish in between with a nutritious meal or a refreshing beverage from CoreLife Eatery. Participants should bring their own mats. View the schedule below and make sure to register in advance for the session(s) you’d like to attend.

10:00-11:15 AM: Dharma Yoga, taught by Saraswati Om

Appropriate for students who are just moving up from beginner to the intermediate level, as well as those who have been practicing for a while & want a slower pace to the flow. Introductions to yogic philosophy & more flowing from one pose to the next.

11:30-12:30 PM: O Yoga Studio, taught by Sophie Tashkovski

In this class, you will explore the foundation of each yoga posture, focusing on alignment while building strength and flexibility. The format is a slower vinyasa flow with longer posture holds, all in a warm room to allow for deeper muscle relaxation and stretching. This is an all levels class, great for both the beginner yogi and experienced practitioner.

1:00-2:00 PM: Method 360 Fitness, taught by Trish Law

Join Trish’s dynamic vinyasa flow class to challenge you as you think about alignment, breath, body awareness, and form! It’s designed to bring you into the moment, take you into your body, and show your body how much you love it! Take time out for yourself: bring your sense of adventure, your mat, & some water!

2:30-3:30 PM: Bodhi Barre with a Core Blast, taught by Colette Meltzer

Fast paced, high energy class with verbal instruction and guided cueing that takes individuals through different progressions and levels of the exercise. It combines ballet positions, isometric strength training, light weights, and stretching. All levels are welcome, as modifications are always presented!

4:00-5:00 PM: Infinite Light Yoga Class, taught by Cindy Yaple

Infinite Light Yoga blends the wisdom of yoga with the science of exercise to ensure the highest participation and enjoyment for each student. Every class is a work of art, designed around a theme, practice or yogic teaching, uniquely created to be both educational and transformational. The teacher simultaneously models the postures, to encourage anatomical alignment, while variations and modifications of the postures are woven into each class, making it possible for everyone to participate, regardless of age, level of ability or physical condition.

5:30-6:30 PM: Pure Barre Pop Up Class, taught by Cathy McKie

Pure Barre is a combination of ballet, yoga and pilates. If incorporates small isometric movements to work each major muscle group (Core, Thighs, Seat, Arms, Shoulders, Chest and Abs). Once the muscles are exhausted, they are stretched out to create long, lean muscles. It is the fastest most effective way to change the shape of your body!
